The Nia White Belt is the place to experience all of this, and more.  It lays the foundation for all Nia trainings and education. It  is the first level of a five-belt training series that presents a body-centered approach to health, wellness and fitness. If you have a desire to share Nia in a professional capacity, the White Belt Training qualifies the graduate to license as a Nia teacher. You may also choose to take the training to pursue the path of personal enrichment. In the Nia White Belt, you will learn:

• Develop listening skills to code and map music and sound.

• What it means to be in “living meditation.”

• How to listen to the voice of your body: sensation and move Your Body’sWay.

• How to “create space” and use your “witness” it as a tool for self-healing.
