Extreme Acting for
Teens:
This class is for teens that want to explore the craft of acting as
they get to know themselves better. Through exercises, games,
movement, scene study, and improvisation the focus will be on the
individual and discovering their internal talents. Students
will be challenged and encouraged to act from truth, with
vulnerability, strength, humor, joy and openness of spirit.

Extreme Drama
Camp:
Before the summer is over, express yourself in a fun and unique way!
Through writing, games, music, dance, monologues, and scenes, we
will explore the individual as an artist in this one-week camp.
Find your true voice and talent, while gaining confidence in
your creative self, in a supportive environment as we put together a
show. A showcase of talent will wrap up this camp on Friday
for the whole family to attend.

Duke Drama Workshop:
The Drama Workshop offers an
intense drama experience which culminates in a final performance.
Participants attend daily acting classes to learn the creative and
technical processes of acting and rehearsal periods of selected
scenes from plays. The workshop provides a supportive environment
for students who are committed to refining their skills and building
a community of actors. Kate has enthusiastically been an
instructor at DDW
for the last eight years.
